Below you will find your homework and other class information. Check in daily to make sure you have all the information you need. Computer lab assignments are at the bottom of the page.
- June 1 - 7-1 only - Complete the handout on your mystery and suspense short story.
- June 2 - 7-2 only - Read "The Night the Bed Fell" on pages 339-405 and answer all of the green-boxed active reading questions along the side margins. Due tomorrow.

- May 26 - We took notes on the genres of mystery and suspense. We then applied this knowledge to the first paragraph of a short story.
- May 27 - Read the first half of your assigned short story and write down quotes and citations that show development of the mystery and suspense in the story.
- May 28 - Read the second half of your assigned short story and finish writing down quotes and citations that show development of the mystery and suspense in the story.

Computer Lab Assignments
Listed below, by date, are all Reading assignments done in the computer lab. Once a week we will work on a project or assignment that incorporates Reading and Computer Technology. All computer lab assignments must be complete in the computer lab. If you are absent, you must go in at recess, lunch, or after school to make up your work.
- FOURTH QUARTER
- Shakespeare and Elizabethan England project!
- You are to become one of various people from England during Shakespeare's time. Each computer group was given a topic and within that topic each person received a role. You are to become that person. Research the role, choose an appropriate name, and then create a video describing your life.
